Haning up TVs and other boring stuff we do on the weekends....

This past weekend we decided to crack down and finish cleaning/organizing the apartment.  Matt has been wanting to hang his TV for about 2 years now - so I finally gave in, being the sweet wife I am!  So after a 2 hour trip to Target... all much to my delight as I got to get a new vacuum... he started working on hanging the TV above our fancy electric fireplace, haha.

So while he hung the TV, I watched him hang the TV, the dogs ran around eating things they shouldn't have, and nothing else got done.  Well... except for this incredibly boring video I took of Matt hanging the TV.

Click here to watch Matt hang his TV (we won't be offended if you don't... haha):

We did manage to move the bookshelf into the living room and Matt bought conduit (which I mistakenly called convolute all weekend, which is a word I've heard my mom use when I was little, and I'm pretty sure it was about me) to hide the wires and made it all look fairly presentable.

NOTE:
Verb
1.
convolute - curl, wind, or twist together
cause (a plastic object) to assume a crooked or angular form; "bend the rod"; "twist the dough into a braid"; "the strong man could turn an iron bar"

2.
convolute - practice sophistry; change the meaning of or be vague about in order to mislead or deceive; "Don't twist my words"

Needless to say, I didn't get to use my new vacuum... so that means we have plans already for next weekend. Can't wait! :)

And hopefully, next weeks posts won't be such a snoozefest!

Love,

Matt and Kelly
